Eliau Floral Design offers a personalised floral experience for weddings of all sizes, from intimate elopements to celebrations requiring full ceremony and reception installations.
Your flowers are designed as a complete collection, with each element considered in relation to the next. Bouquets, ceremony flowers, reception arrangements and larger installations come together to complement your venue, colour palette and the atmosphere you want to create.
The process is collaborative but uncomplicated. You'll receive guidance on flower choices, design, seasonality and where your floral budget will have the most impact, with clear communication and careful planning from your first enquiry through to your wedding day.

The Process
1 / ENQUIRE
Begin by reaching out via the contact form or email. I will be in touch to confirm availability and will ask for more information if needed.
2 / PROPOSAL AND VISION
You will receive a detailed proposal with transparent, itemised pricing, along with a tailored mood board that reflects the overall direction of your florals. This is a starting point and each element can be refined to align with your vision.
3 / CONSULTATION
If you would like to talk through the details, you are welcome to schedule a phone or video consultation. This is an opportunity to refine your design, ask questions and explore any adjustments. If you prefer, all correspondence can be kept via email.
4 / BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Once you are happy to proceed, I will send through your invoice and booking documents. A 20% deposit is required to secure your date, at which point your wedding will be confirmed in the calendar.
5 / ONGOING COMMUNICATION
You are welcome to stay in touch throughout the planning process, whether to ask questions, refine details, or make adjustments along the way. Around eight weeks before your wedding, I will be in touch to confirm your final selections and logistics, ensuring everything is thoughtfully considered and in place.
6 / THE WEDDING DAY
On the day, your florals will be carefully delivered and installed on site, with each element styled to feel cohesive and well resolved within the space. Every detail is considered with care, allowing you to simply enjoy the moment as everything comes together seamlessly.
