From intimate elopements to larger celebrations, every wedding is approached with care and intention. You will be supported throughout the planning process with thoughtful guidance and a calm, considered approach, allowing the experience to feel seamless from beginning to end.

The Process
1 / Enquire
Begin by reaching out via the contact form or email. I will be in touch to confirm availability and share a short questionnaire, allowing me to gather the details needed to create a bespoke proposal for your wedding florals.
2 / Proposal & Vision
You will receive a detailed proposal with transparent, itemised pricing, along with a tailored mood board that reflects the overall direction of your florals. This is a starting point, and each element can be refined to align with your vision.
3 / Consultation
If you would like to talk through the details, you are welcome to schedule a phone or video consultation. This is an opportunity to refine your design, ask questions, and explore any adjustments. If you prefer, all correspondence can be kept via email.
4 / Booking Confirmation
Once you are happy to proceed, I will send through your invoice and booking documents. A 20% deposit is required to secure your date, at which point your wedding will be confirmed in the calendar.
5 / Ongoing Communication
You are welcome to stay in touch throughout the planning process, whether to ask questions, refine details, or make adjustments along the way. Around eight weeks before your wedding, I will be in touch to confirm your final selections and logistics, ensuring everything is thoughtfully considered and in place.
6 / The Wedding Day!
On the day, your florals will be carefully delivered and installed on site, with each element styled to feel cohesive and well resolved within the space. Every detail is considered with care, allowing you to simply enjoy the moment as everything comes together seamlessly.
